Kare Group Australia’s focus on health and safety goes beyond compliance and looks at best practices to prevent incidents and increase safe actions. The entire team takes pride in being proactive toward safety.

It is Kare Group Australia policy to ensure that every employee works in an environment where direct effort is made to prevent accidents, injury and disruption to employee’s health from foreseeable work hazards.

As part of the Kare Group Australia OH&S Management System, employees are trained to identify potential hazards, control those hazards and utilise appropriate mitigation strategies. The team also conducts weekly safety toolbox meetings on a variety of topics both pertinent to the safety field in general and the more specific safety needs and concerns of the company.

While performing work, the team are accountable to look out for themselves and those around them—assuring everything and everyone is safe. If an incident occurs, we practice immediate reporting and investigations (if necessary) to find cause, implement corrective action, and prevent reoccurrence.
